In Person
Each session will be streamlined for you and your goals. Some people will need more mobility work, some people will need more strength, some will want balance work, and others won’t. I don’t want to clutter your workout with things that waste your time, but I am willing to include anything that will help you get where you want to go, as long as it works. It’s about what works for YOU and what YOU feel comfortable with.
Online
Live far away and don’t want to send a personal jet (or Falcor) to come pick me up? No worries! I also do online training. You are the star of this show (and the camera loves you, Superstar), so it is vital we can see you doing the full range of motion for all your exercises. We also want to be able to see you from different angles to make sure you are performing your exercises optimally, so maybe a $15 tripod from Amazon is in your future?

1 on 1 training delivers the fastest results! It’s 100% Craig the whole dang time! My undivided attention, support, and terrible jokes, are all for you! Each workout is custom tailored exactly for your needs and goals. Every second of every rep, I can make sure your movements are safe and efficient.
1 on 1 Session: $120/hour
Small Group Training
Does working out with a buddy or two sound more comfortable? Then let’s do it! I’m a people person, I get it. Or, maybe you just don’t want to be the only person to say, “No more Bulgarian Split Squats, you bald headed monster.” So let’s get a friend or two with similar goals, and rep it up (but we’ll keep the Bulgarian split squats to no more than 12 reps…per leg. Muhahahahaha)!
2 on 1 session: $100 per person/hour
3 or more per session: $70 per person/hour
