About Me
“Craig is 1/2 Henry Rollins, and 1/2 Robin Williams.”

To move is to live!
If you’re not moving, you are not living. I almost lost the ability to move when I was run over by a car when I was 14 (2 out of 10, would not recommend). Although I’m sure the medical professionals in charge of my care meant well, my recovery was rushed and mismanaged. This led to pain and complications that lasted for years. I decided I had to take responsibility for my own recovery. I began a long journey of teaching myself about how the body is supposed to move. Through this, I was able to make a full recovery.
Now in my 40s, I’m stronger, healthier, happier, (and balder!) than I have ever been. I understand the frustrations and fears that come with an injury. I also understand the importance of being truly listened to when recovering from physical trauma, or when facing a problem. Luckily for you, listening is one of my superpowers. Pair that with the extensive knowledge I have gained as a personal trainer for over 25 years, and there is nothing we can’t accomplish together.
I have worked with and helped everyone from young athletes to seniors, those with severe cardiac and/or muscle skeletal injuries, quadriplegics, and those recovering from brain traumas. If you want to be successful in the gym and in life, then what are you waiting for?
